Cost-Benefit Considerations

To help break cycles of poverty and dead-end jobs, individuals and institutions could invest more money and effort in ensuring that all children are exposed to the many kinds of possible occupations.  Similarly, this country needs a culture shift to support and value equally those who choose or who are pushed into job rather than career/occupation paths.
